Welcome to the UCL Classics Society!

Our membership includes students from many different courses and departments across UCL who are interested in Classics and are looking to meet new people. You do not need to know anything about the ancient Mediterranean or Latin and Greek to join!

Each year we host a variety of weekly events, including regular socials and quizzes, academic lectures, museum and gallery trips, 'amphora' painting, quiz nights and our renowned end of term formals.

There are two types of membership on offer: Taster & Standard. All of our events at the start of the year until the beginning of November will be open to both, but as the year progresses and from the Toga Party on the 3rd of November onwards Standard membership will be required!

This is to give you the opportunity to see the full range of events that we will be offering for the rest of the academic year.

As always, updates and event posts will be available on our Instagram page and our Whatsapp community:

If you have any questions or ideas feel free to contact us above. :)

You can now find a calendar of events below!
